Nice salespeople and craftsmen. Unfortunately, the support is beyond criticism. On two occasions, I have had the system incorrectly connected and there is a complete lack of urgency from the support and project departments to fix the error. You have to sit in a phone queue time and time again and they do not answer emails even though you are asked to email them in the phone queue. In addition, the support is only open on weekdays between 10-15, when you are normally at work. I have now waited a month to get a problem fixed but nothing happens. They promise feedback but never return. Catastrophically lousy.
