We bought their system for outdoor clinker pavers with feet. It turned out that the system does not correspond to their sales argument at all. It took a lot of time to get their attention at all. For example, they did not even want to come to our house to inspect the defects even though it is only a 5-minute drive for them. After two weeks they agreed to it. After the inspection we received new "keys", an offer of new feet and more but wanted both a system that works and compensation for the extra work. I deeply regret that we bought their "foot system". They denied it until the last moment and constantly tried to evade their responsibility. Addendum: June 9, 2025. Yesterday I spoke with another customer in Vellinge who had bought the same "system" as me, who was also very dissatisfied (for the same reason as me - that the feet are not of the right quality, level incorrectly, have a construction that sinks, etc.) and who believes that Pronto Kakel does not take responsibility.
