On 28/1 I paid 12,450 SEK for three pairs of glasses that according to the staff would arrive within two weeks. On 14/2 I called to check because I had not received any notice about the ordered goods. I was told that two of the pairs had arrived, which I picked up and was told that the last pair was on its way and would arrive no later than two days later. I had passed the triangle on 18/2 and asked if the glasses were ready, I was told No and that they would check with the lab. Today is 26/2 and I still have not received a single notice, apology for the delay or feedback as to why. Extremely poor customer service.
