Very disappointing experience at the Cartier boutique in Stockholm. I arrived on time for my appointment but received no proper introduction, and it did not appear that my invited product check-up had been prepared for. When I asked about other items, I felt looked down upon and was directed only toward lower-priced options, and I was allowed to try only the least expensive model. My piece was returned without any explanation of its condition. The visit lasted about 20 minutes and felt rushed despite other staff being available. If the SA had another appointment, this could have been communicated professionally. When I asked a final question about maintenance, the associate was on her phone and did not respond until I waited for her to finish and repeated myself. No business card was offered, and I was accompanied only halfway to the exit while she continued using her phone. Easily the worst experience I have had with Cartier. Service at larger boutiques is far superior.
