I am very disappointed with the treatment I received when making a complaint about a pair of shoes I recently bought for 1400 SEK. The shoes broke after only three hours of use, but when I tried to make a complaint about them, I was met with a rude and questioning attitude from the staff. Instead of handling the matter according to consumer law, where I have the right to make a complaint within two years, the staff chose to accuse me of having caused the damage intentionally and refused to discuss the matter further. This is not acceptable customer service, and I will unfortunately not shop with you again.
