Worst store experience EVER. We ordered and paid for four chairs on September 29th, and as of October 29th, we have still not received 2 out of the 4 chairs. (One of the chairs that did arrive came malfunctioning.) Customer service has been completely unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. They refuse to explain why the chairs have not even been shipped for the second time, and they keep lying straight to our faces. They keep blaming it on a so-called “human error” without providing any real explanation. This has been a nightmare experience, and I would not recommend this store to anyone. I will update this review with any new information about the order.
