Recently had a sheet metal damage on my relatively new car. Paid the deductible to Folksam and sent in for compensation to the Assistance Company for compensation for it. Sent in all documents, decisions, police report, receipts and workshop documents. Apparently not enough. Spoke to Folksam and both they and I don't really know what else they want or what is missing. Is it supposed to be complicated to get compensation? Not worth the expensive premiums to have the car insured there.

I was going to replace my old geothermal heat pump and hot water heater with a new one. The seller was visiting and went through the conditions and a quote was then submitted. At the time the installation was to take place, it turned out that the seller had not informed me that an additional pipe would be pulled out in addition to the two that were already there. Some of the furnishings that were in our storage room were taken down to make room for the pipe. The company that installed the original geothermal heating system laid the 2 existing pipes with good insulation and in sheet metal channels. Enwell Mölnlycke's laying of the additional pipe was sloppy, with unapproved insulation (including large uninsulated joints) and no protective sheet metal channel. It can be added that the pipe was partly laid outdoors. We had to hire a fitter at our own expense who subsequently repaired the insulation and put back the furnishings that had been taken down. During the first two weeks after the installation, the heating system did not work as the hot water production went directly into the radiators. They then had to be turned off to avoid very high heat in the house. Their technician on site noted that the check valves for the lower and upper floors had not been installed, which should have been done during installation according to him. We have received very good help from the coordinator who sent helpful fitters to install the missing check valves. The entire sales function has been very poor in its response. I received a response from the salesperson, after not hearing from him at all, that he had other customers to take care of and therefore could not help. The installer did not leave a functioning installation behind (check valves). Nor did he take any responsibility for leaving a restored, neat and approved work behind. Synnerligen okunnig elektriker. Hade ingen kunskap om de arbetsuppgifter vi varit tydliga med i beställningen. Förstörde dessutom målningen på en vägg vid kabeldragning. Företrädaren lovade nedsättning av arbetskostnaden men när fakturan …

Måndagen den 10:e juli besökte jag Blidö hamnkrog. En fin restaurang med en mycket fin uteveranda som har en mycket fin utsikt. Gösen och rieslingvinet var jättegott. Jag kan definitivt rekommendera er att besöka restaurangen.
