Vi beklagar uppriktigt att resan upplevdes som så påfrestande för er och att situationen blev både stressande och oroande. Det är självklart aldrig vår ambition att någon ska känna sig nonchalerad eller illa bemött.
!!WARNING for Färjestad Taxi!! Two elderly family members in their 83s unfortunately went with this taxi company on Christmas Eve. One is almost blind and has difficulty walking. The taxi driver does not come out and help them into the high "London taxi" that is used. This means that she cannot manage the high step but falls straight forward in the taxi and becomes unconscious for a short while. The driver did not care and my dad had to try to pull her up himself - this hurt his back. She regained consciousness but my dad asked the driver to fix water. The driver stopped at a store and went in and bought water, stood and talked to the cashier so my dad had to leave her in the taxi and go in and get both water and the driver..... When they arrived at my place I saw and heard the driver's nonchalance and aggressiveness myself. I asked if it was really worth it for them to pay for this taxi ride to which I got the answer "do you think I should pay or". We asked him to take out the extra step that is supposed to be on the high cars, which he couldn't do. We all had to help her out of the taxi (the driver didn't care, didn't ask if he could help). She now has much more pain in her knees after the fall. She lay there all Christmas Eve, wasn't involved in anything. The whole Christmas Eve was ruined for all of us. When I contacted the taxi company, they hadn't received any incident report and hadn't heard anything from the driver. A while later I got an answer that my dad was lying about everything. The driver had apparently warned about the high step and he had helped with the fall AND he had also bought water "WITH HIS OWN MONEY". They didn't apologize for the incident and absolutely didn't want to take responsibility for what happened. I really thought they could at least send them a bouquet of flowers, but they refuse because they haven't done anything wrong and because an 83-year-old is lying.... Don't use Färjestad Taxi!! Call another taxi company! I understand that more people have injured themselves on trips with them... I wouldn't be surprised if they respond to this review by saying it's all made up... I don't understand how they have the guts to call a nice old person a liar.

They missed that we wanted to take away, and gave us a tray to eat in, the forgot some food that was ordered and payed for. When we asked them about it they said "yeah, but we are out of those"... Food was not warm and pretty blend.
Pipande ljud i kassan hela tiden. Problem med beställningarna till alla.
Blev väldigt besviken när buffen inte var öppen kl 18:30 fredag 4/4 för det står faktiskt till kl 19:00 på websidan.
Bästa servicen ever! Fick snabb hjälp med punktering på plats. Supertrevlig personal, snabb service och bra priser. Rekommenderas!!
Fantastiskt goda frallor! Vi kom med färjan från Polen och fick bästa frallorna på hela vår resa igenom 9 länder i Europa.
Ska vara på fantastisk men den lade själv det på de två första stjärnorna och går inte att ändra.
Ingen höjdare tyvärr. Kebabrullen var det minsta vi sett och så smal. Beställde mellanstark sås men den var söt och smakade persika/mango eller liknande. Nej tack...

Gick in dit för att köpa med färska räkor och kräftor. En personal kom o sa att jag fick gå då de inte hade tid att hjälpa mig i affären då "alla är upptagna i restaurangen". Men jag vill bara köpa med mig några kräftor och räkor - du får komma tillbaka sa han otrevligt. Förstår inte hur de kan köra ut en kund på det sättet!!??
