Super happy with the pump, but here is my experience: Our pump was running at home and only ran on electricity, was very expensive. In need of a new pump quickly. Salesperson from Enwell called and sold the company and was among some of the cheaper alternatives but above all the fastest delivery time "if I order now". (Someday delivery). Of course I chose Enwell because of the shortest delivery time but weeks passed and finally I heard back and wondered what happened, got an answer that there were more customers who were in more urgent need of a new pump so I was prioritized. (Don't sell on delivery time then I feel.) When the installer installed the boiler it took a little longer due to not the right conditions. (could have been solved if the salesperson had asked me to send pictures of the current pump or if they had solved it by having someone come out before and take a look at what was needed.) Cleaning of the air ducts was not done but took a while. Venting the system was supposed to be included and here we come to the problem that I think could have been handled in a much better way. The installer started venting the radiators upstairs, no problem. When we then got to the underfloor heating (Uponor push15), the installer didn't really have a clue how to vent these, got the instructions and showed which nut to loosen. Here they pulled off the entire vent nut and more or less said that "The system doesn't need to be vented anyway". When the installer then left, we didn't feel any heat in the floor and were told to contact Enwell to have the vent nipple replaced as the installer had torn it apart and then vent the system because we had no heat. After a lot of ifs and buts, we got a guy out who checked, made an abrovinch and changed the nipple to some other solution that works but is not "Original", anyway, the system was then vented (which was supposed to be included in the original quote) and then we got heat. When we then received the invoice, we also received an invoice for replacing the air nipple and venting the system, which we objected to but were told that this is not something they will cover, even though their installer admitted that he himself broke the vent nipple. Hence my low rating, I think the handling of it is beyond criticism, now it's not about a large sum, but when the installer admits his mistake, the company still stands and denies everything, which is completely crazy. Ps. The installer was super nice. But how the rest was handled internally is debatable.
Har provat flertal barberare runtom i Göteborg och inte varit riktigt nöjd, men Tondenti verkligen TOPPAR och överträffar alla mina förväntningar! …
