Påminner mycket om Best Buy i USA. Öppen layout och ganska tydligt vart man ska för att hitta. Något underbemannat när jag handlade, men bra service när man väl fått tag i någon.

I'm not one to complain, but… I bought a Subaru in good faith that it had been inspected and checked by those who are supposed to be knowledgeable at the car dealership. What I thought when I bought it was that it was a little tougher than my previous car, but the salesman said that this car was a little bigger so that was probably due to that. A few months passed, then the engine light started to come on, so I got an appointment at the workshop. This was to replace a large part of the exhaust system. Once at the workshop, they also found a few other faults. It ended up with a bill of over 26,000 SEK. After this, the car ran both livelier and quieter than it has since I bought it, so I have a hard time seeing anything other than that many of the faults that were fixed were already there when I bought the car. I can also add, which I noticed the first time it rained with the car, wiper blades that barely caught anything. And, as I saw when I was going to inspect, that there was no warning triangle in the car. If they didn't even bother to check such simple things, I don't have much confidence that they really checked the car for other faults, hidden from me as a buyer, and who is not overly knowledgeable about cars. So no, I'm unfortunately not a particularly satisfied customer. I feel quite cheated regardless of whether the sellers knew about the faults or if they just didn't check the car enough before the sale.

Bra service, men svårt att hitta på hemsidan. Kundvagnen sparar inte innehållet på min inloggning, så den är tom om jag byter enhet. Butikenär stor och utbudet är enormt. Vet du vad du vill ha, men föredrar butiken, är det bäst att beställa innan du besöker så får du snabbare service!
