Their service has deteriorated to a point where it's not just an inconvenience but a significant disruption to daily life. Time and again, the trains have proven to be notoriously late, throwing off countless schedules and plans. The idea of a timetable seems to be a mere suggestion rather than a commitment. The frequency of the trains is another point of contention; they are few and far between, forcing passengers to endure long, unnecessary waiting times. To add insult to injury, when a train does arrive, it's typically overcrowded to the brim. Finding space for a bicycle or a stroller turns into an unwelcome challenge, often met with complaints from the staff. This is not only unprofessional but also shows a lack of understanding of passengers' needs. The unreliability of the service is not just an annoyance; it affects the quality of life. It pushes us towards untenable decisions like driving a car, which is not always a viable or environmentally friendly option. This is not what we expect from a public transportation service that should be a pillar of sustainability and convenience. It's time that Skånetrafiken takes a hard look at its operations and makes the necessary improvements. Best moving experience of my life. They really know what they are doing. They were super professional and affective and incredible careful with everything, not a single leaf of our plants was broken. They worked super hard thought out the whole day. I can’t recommend this company enough.
