Hi, I have had solar panels installed and now I am going to dismantle a set to replace the roofing felt. I have been contacting you for a whole month but it is difficult to get in touch with you. Now I have called the person who is my contact person, he answered and regretted that he has not answered for a month. He claims that there has been a lot to do (not acceptable) it is possible to answer. It seems that after-sales service is not something they care about. Sad. Now I have to hope that it will be resolved.
