NABO Partille's most dishonest company when it comes to property management. Moved into a crappy apartment this summer where nothing works and where the association "Kärleken" and NABO send fake bills on the water. They charge 950 SEK/month for a minimal car parking space. When I had to change after 3 months when I had difficulty getting in and out of the car and instead chose another vacant space that was a few meters away. Then they wanted 1500 SEK for the trouble of changing three numbers on the parking contract. If you are unemployed, don't hesitate to apply to NABO or SBC. The only requirement they have is that you can get dressed yourself in the morning. I didn't know what real togetherness, respect and neighborliness were until I moved into NABO, SBC and the association "Kärleken" at Gamla Kronvägen 45 in Partille - but by then it was too late.

I myself have moved into my new apartment at Gamla Kronvägen 45 in Partille, and constantly receive false invoices for my water consumption. Their so-called "lawyer" Caroline Å only wants to receive complaints via paper mail - even though she has an email address that she has also responded to. Several independent experts assess NABO's actions as an attempt at fraud when they send false invoices for water consumption for a single pensioner that corresponds to 53 bathtubs of hot water in a single month. All normally gifted people understand that there is a mistake somewhere that the resident cannot be responsible for or influence and that also only has water for 1 hour a day. The association's board refuses to troubleshoot and instead refers to the "lawyer", who instead sends a letter to Socialen stating that I may be evicted if I do not pay the false water invoices. SBC, which manages the property, does nothing. The association calls itself - ironically - "Kärleken", but the only thing you have felt since moving here is hatred and dishonesty, as they do not even answer questions that concern the members. If you are going to buy an apartment in Partille and the surrounding area, make sure that it is NOT managed by NABO or SBC property service.

Is this really a state and municipal institution? You can't have a worse experience. Came in urgently and got temporary treatment. Then I was told that the foreign dental nurse and dental hygienist had slandered me. The clinic manager then calls and asks in annoying Swedish the repeated question of WHY I instead wanted an ethnic Swedish dentist now that my previous Swedish dentist has retired. I don't understand why I have to explain why I want a SWEDISH dentist??? We live in Sweden - although you can't believe it when you come to the Public Dental Service in Partille, where there are hardly any dentists left who speak fluent Swedish with adequate training. When I asked the foreign clinic manager to send copies of my medical records to my new private dentist, she couldn't even do that, but sent fake documentation from other patients who were NOT from my medical records. It seems that the only thing required to become a clinic manager and dentist at the Folktandvården in Partille is that you can get dressed yourself in the morning without help.
When I, as a single pensioner, discovered that I was receiving false bills for water consumption, I contacted KTC in Gothenburg. I got to speak to a nice guy who confirmed the abnormal consumption, which was 100 liters of hot water per day. He said: "My theory is that there is a misconnection between the meter and the unit on site, and that your apartment has been "shifted" with someone else's apartment. I am in contact with Nabo and the association "Kärleken" in Partille to see how to proceed with the matter". When I look for this nice guy a few days later, I am not allowed to speak to him, but now further communication must take place with the Responsible - not "named" - Manager who has a great title as "Service Manager" who I have applied for several times but who never calls back. Not even when I call the CEO and ask him to remind him does he hear back. When I then have to remind the CEO to remind the "service manager", I get a threatening response from the CEO that if I contact KTC again they will invoice me through my association for seeking answers to why I am receiving false water bills. Low competence seems to be HR's main requirement when they hire people at KTC in Gothenburg. It is like in a Social Democratic and Communist society where you see the advantages of everyone being equally bad so that everyone fits in.

I was stupid enough to hire the company for a simple job like putting in an LED strip in a shelf. The electricity was already wired to 2 shelves, but I wanted to replace the fixture with a 45 cm LED strip in each shelf. I had bought all the materials myself and they only had to cut the power cord and connect it to the LED strip in each shelf. That's the whole job. I was shocked when I got the invoice for almost 2000 kroner. These are extortionate prices this rogue company deals with. I was in contact with another company before, but they had so much to do that they didn't have time to come but estimated that it would cost about 400 kroner to get it fixed. Unfortunately I didn't have time to wait so I called these crooks instead. Never again I just say. Too bad you can't give a crossed out symbol because it's just too bad. I understand that they can come at short notice because they can't have that many customers in a small community like Sävedalen/Partille where word spreads quickly about their pricing. I contacted the person in charge at the company but he concocted a claim that what should have cost 400 SEK instead ended up being 2000 SEK. Conclusion - Superman's X-ray vision is nothing compared to their tunnel vision.
