Flowpression Calf: Great Concept, Let Down by Quality Problems -------------- Update 19-02-2025: NOTHING was properly handled. I am still so frustrated and i have NEVER dealt with such terrible customer service. Instead of a refund they shipped me back two products (one refurbed and one new). If you buy from flowlife, hope that it all works out otherwise you will be regretting the pain and waste of time in getting anything sorted. If I could share the whole email chain here I would, a total of 40 EMAILS, how crazy is this... -------------- Summary: Be aware of potential quality and durability issues, as well as long delays and slow follow-up if problems occur. -------------- I waited nearly two months to receive the Flowpression Calf Duo due to repeated delays and lack of clear updates. When it finally arrived, it worked well at first, but after only one month of normal use, one calf unit tore and became unusable. Customer support was polite and assured me this was a rare “Monday unit.” I was promised a replacement, but the warranty process turned into another long ordeal. The return shipment was misdelivered using the shipping instructions they provided, and since then my follow-up emails have gone unanswered, leaving me without updates or a replacement for weeks. While waiting, the second calf unit has now started tearing in the exact same place, despite being used exactly as instructed. Seeing the same issue twice strongly suggests a quality problem rather than bad luck. Between long delivery delays, early product failure, a lost return shipment, and ignored emails, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I’ve requested a refund, as I no longer trust the durability of this product (I sure hope they reply). I also own the Flowpillow Pro and Flowtens Neck, and I sincerely hope they do not suffer the same fate...
