Bad customer service. Doesn't take responsibility for quality and says it's the customer's responsibility when you don't have a receipt. Only talked about a 30-day return policy. But the zipper was broken after winter storage and for me this is a complaint. The jacket has only been used for 2 months. Got it for Christmas 22. Took it out winter 23 and it was broken. They insisted that this was my responsibility after 30 days. Have to change the review. I found proof on the bank statement and spoke to the manager. Then they sorted it out right away and I got a new jacket back. As the manager said, we have a 2-year complaint policy.
