I recently visited Dr. Stefan Nilsson and was disappointed with my experience. When I raised my health concerns and suspected food allergies, my questions felt dismissed, and I received neither the attention nor the thorough guidance I had hoped for. When I raised the possibility that I might have food allergies, he responded in a way that suggested I was making it up and that I had no allergies at all – despite my explaining that I get rashes from certain foods. Furthermore, he was unwilling to answer my questions regarding my daughter, who is experiencing the same problem. When I tried to get more information, I was told, "I have no desire to answer your questions." I found this both irresponsible and unprofessional. I expected a more empathetic and serious approach, but unfortunately, this is not what I received. Because of this experience, I want to switch to another doctor, and I hope that my feedback can lead to improvements in patient care and communication.
