Horrible company. All the departments are incredibly inefficient - they took over a month to answer a rekalmation email. The sales department makes offers that the company does not acknowledge; they push you to "update" your agreements and they mess up the binding periods so you cannot get out of the contracts. In every phone call with them I got contradictory information; in the end, no one is responsible for anything and the costumer ends up paying way more than agreed on. I cannot wait to leave this service. It has been a waste of money and time. Do not get your mobile subscription here!
