This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a transportation company. During my trip with FlixBus, my backpack was lost. Inside were personal belongings of great value to me. From the very first moment, the company showed complete indifference. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but all I got were automated responses and robotic messages. No real human support. No real help. Just silence and excuses. Days later, I finally managed to recover my backpack… only to realize that several personal items had been STOLEN. When I reported this to FlixBus, hoping for at least some responsibility or empathy, their response was absolutely insulting: they sent me an automatic message saying they were “sorry for my loss”… without even reading my complaint properly. They didn’t acknowledge the theft. They didn’t offer help. They didn’t investigate. They didn’t care. This shows a shocking lack of professionalism, security, and basic respect for customers. If your belongings matter to you, think twice before trusting FlixBus. Losing your luggage is bad enough — but being ignored, dismissed, and treated like you don’t matter at all is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone. FlixBus means risking your belongings and being left completely alone when something goes wrong. FlixBus failed me in every possible way.
