I visited the boutique today with a specific model of the Panthere ring in mind. I was greeted by the sales associate, I voiced my wish but she seemed uninterested in helping me. I wanted to try the ring on different fingers, she offered it to me in yellow gold and in the size either too big or too small, saying she didn’t have anything else in stock in rose gold. I proceeded to browse the boutique and decided to come back to the ring and to try it on the other finger than before just to see if I like it. And by the miracle it appeared that there was the expect ring I wanted in my size. Why was I not offered it from the very beginning I don’t know. I proceeded to check out with the ring. I have a restriction from my bank on payments abroad. I notified my SA about it and instead of telling me my options I had to pry out information from her. Unfortunately, I was not able to pay in that moment but I honestly don’t want to come back again. I will better buy this ring elsewhere, where I would be a desired customer. I won’t recommend this particular boutique to anybody!
