I bought an innebandy stick that broke after only 5–6 normal uses when it hit another player’s stick. I’ve played for over 15 years and have never had a stick break like this. My warranty claim was handled poorly, with dismissive responses, and was denied without a fair review. I was told to send the stick to the manufacturer, then informed they had “already received a response” and rejected the claim again. I do not recommend this company due to poor product quality and disappointing customer service.
