I have had problems with my charger in our association since July 2025, this has still not been fixed even though it is now February 2026. I have had to call several times myself to get some kind of update but nothing happens, except that I am charged every month for a service that does not work. The service itself is certainly good, but if you have a problem with a box or similar, the support is completely non-existent. I strongly recommend hiring a better company that also focuses on support and service.
