Totally overrated. I've found that my average food shop is at least 600kr more expensive here than at any of the other supermarkets. They make a big deal about having their own butchers, but the Citygross meat is actually worse than Willys, Coop, or ICAs. The cake selection is good, and they sell food for chickens and horses. Those are the only good points.

I've never had a salon experience before that's left me depressed for a week. I'd booked a longer appointment so that I'd have time for a consultation, but when the stylist I'd booked was ill and I got a different one, she seemed very busy and had no time to listen to what I wanted. She kept on asking if I had any pictures (I'd made it very clear I wanted to talk to them and *ask their opinion* but in the end I had to go online and find a picture of something similar to what I thought I wanted)... ...which was NOTHING LIKE what I ended up with. When she asked me if everything was ok, I said no and that I'd wanted highlights, so she put some rushed low-lights in last-minute (making me feel bad for stressing her out, and charging me 400kr extra for it). The whole experience was so awful and I ended up paying 2700kr for something I hated and has to be fixed one month later. (I'd asked for something low maintenance but the base colour is so different from my natural hair colour that it looks terrible after a month.)
