Ordered firewood via their website. Didn't receive any verification or other message which I think is basic. When I called to ask if the order had gone through or what had happened he said he was on vacation and clicked me. Totally reasonable to want to be on vacation but then you have to fix an auto-reply or at least be able to respond in a nice way that we will return regarding orders after the vacation and not just click.
