Terrible service, as usual with Postnord. They claim that they tried to deliver twice, but that no one has been there even though I was home all day – I worked at home all day to be able to receive. No one has called either, which is what you normally do if you have difficulty finding someone. When I call customer service, they say that the driver "took a picture straight down to the ground" but still cannot offer an extension of time "because it doesn't work in our system". Obviously the driver screwed up going there to save time, and expects me to pick up the package myself at the terminal in Trelleborg. This is the third time this has happened. And it's not better at my other accommodation in Stockholm, the same thing happens there every time with Postnord – they claim that they tried to deliver but even though I was home all day, there is no sign of anyone trying to do it – no one has rung the doorbell, no one has called. Other companies like Schenker have no problem delivering to the same addresses. Postnord is sadly a complete scam company with a deplorable corporate culture. They lie to their customers, don't give their customer service staff at their call center the opportunity to fix the company's mistakes, and don't give a damn what people think of them.
