Window renovation in our BRF autumn 2024 Many damages in the apartment due to carelessness. Paint spills, dents in the parquet floor and carelessly installed blinds. After a lot of fuss and delay, the company has fixed some things. But things that are expensive (the parquet floor) they do not want to take responsibility for. Claims that the damage was there from the beginning. I have asked to see the photos that the company takes of the apartment before work (precisely for this type of liability discussions). Overall gives a careless impression. One day I came home and saw paint spills from window to door. Someone had left work and spilled paint all the way out. Some days I came home and my front door was not properly locked. Some neighbors in the association had it worse. Work on the windows stopped, so the neighbors were left without windows and with only plastic protection in December. Update March 2025: The company Gusten Persson is starting discussions about having the damage repaired. No results yet.

Kul, men möte inte förväntningarna. Trasiga bilar gjorde att vi fick köra en i taget istället för tillsammans. Hade betalat för fler heat, men det visst personalen inget om. Annars potential för det är kul att prova folkrace.

Mixes up prices, measurements, etc. Doesn't feel reliable. After 2 months of discussion and mixing up, I got a new and better contact person/salesperson. Raises the rating. But the average is only a smidge… Update 2023: 9 months later I get a reminder about the final bill. Some time later I get a final bill with debt collection threats! I pay at once but call and remind me that I never got the bill and that the installation is not finished (it sticks out of the wall). Lowers the rating to a one again
Handlade online härifrån 2 gånger. Första gången fel på hemsidan efter att ha plockat ihop varor i 30 min. Andra gången gick beställningen igenom men varor saknas vid leverans. Kundtjänst var inte till någon nytta
