If You like a quiet places, this one is for You. The building where is the restaurant is under renovation right now, but don't be afraid, the place is not closed. Everything is working in the restaurant and I haven't notice anybody working outside during my visit. One lever higher, there is a hotel and under it, you can find this restaurant. The place inside looks really amazing, it's not so big, that's why I can describe it as a cozy spot in the town, because of the renovation not so many people would like show up, that's why is a great time to do it. When I was in the restaurant, I have noticed guests much more older than I am, but after 22 o'clock many young people showed up with friends to drink a beer and eat something, so I think everybody can find themselves here, but the time is the most important to hit the best moment for You. Remember to respect all guests who are visiting the restaurant, I can say, that this place is really unique, because of the furniture, that's why gentelmens should feel here really fine. - Quiet place - Music is not playing loud - Delicious food - Unique furniture - Stuff is speaking English (I think it's a standard right now, but it's better to know.) Jag har varit i Salong bara en gång, men jag är glad efter hår och skägg klippning. Jag pratade med barber på engelska, för jag prata inte så bra på svenska, det funkar, men jag kan rekomendera prata bara svenska med honom. Han verkar vara trött under mötet, det för jag gett fyra stjärnor. Hoppas det blir bättre.

En fantastisk plats som berättar historien om en man som upptäckte nya arter i naturens, fåglarnas och växternas värld.
Perfekt ställe för en te och kaffe. Du kan sitta inne eller i trädgården. Toaletten finns utanför. restaurangen.
Platsen ligger bredvid huvudvägen, värt att stanna. Gillar du kyrkogårdar så finns det en i bra skick.

The road to the parking is not good at all, take care about it. You can park 3 kilometers earlier next to the lake or drive here, but don't go fast! Take with you binocular to look at the places visible from over 30km. You can find here map with instructions where to look to find them. Great place to see sunrise or sunset :-)
Great place to take a long walk on the path made by woods planks. Watch out, so of them can be loose, especially double planks on the blue path. It's impossible pass with someone there without going out off the planks, but you will find there amazing lake, so taje blanket with you :-) You can enter this reserve with many entrances. If You are during a car is much better to leave the car in the forest than at the parking next to airport. In summer season your car will not heat so much. Take care about mosquitoes, they are aggressive when you are walking along the brook, it's bited me many times :-( You can find toilet here!
Place is next to the main road, worth to stop. If you like cemeteries, there is one in good condition.
Parking is next to this tree, from this place you can take a walk to see more "attractions". I have not found any fruit on the tree :'-(
Only one part survived from atack on the castle in the XVIIIw. At this moment some construcions works are done here. You can see scaffolding at the pictures below. Maybe the place will be ready for the summer season, i don't know.

Burned down castle from twelfth century. You can hide here from the rain, only one room survived. If you are on the island, this place is necesary to see, be careful when you are going down to touch the watter, path is a bit "treacherous" and you won't find a beach here, only rocks. You can park your car next to the building at the begining of the path. Only one table to sit and eat the meal. :-(
This store dosen't look like second hand shop. You should find here something what are you looking for.
Follow the path along the fence, on the way a small waterfall, a metal bridge. All this path means rising up the terrain. This path can lead you to "Utsikten Huskvarna". It's over a kilometer to walk, but the view of the city is amazing.

The place is too close the main road, Sounds are really annoying when you are walking around the lake. A lot of flies and others insects. It's better to see Munksjön lake to rest from the sounds in the city.

It's about 5 kilometers to walk around the lake. I could not find any toilet here, but you can find it any in the nearest restaurant. You can find here: -Many benches with the tables or without it. :-) -Outdoor gym. -Lizard Park (skate park). -Quiet place to rest. -Lake :-) -Ducks and other birds.

The parking is pretty small, so take care if you want to visit this place in busy hours. There is many tables next to the parking, so you can sit and eat your meal with amazing view on the city. I have felt like in magic forest for a moment, when i used the shortcut. You can't fish here without permition of the club, but you can see on your eyes there fieshes in the lake and they are really big. It's a great place to take a walk or just sit and watch the water in the lake. If you are in the town, check this place to rest from busy city life.

Beautiful view from the bridge and down on the bridge. Bordercrossing is not allowed for heavy trucks, you can drive here car only. It's really good option for drivers WHO don't have to use the MAIN bridge!
The hotel is like taken from the old movie. Everything inside is making magnificent mood, beautiful pictures, fireplace, couch, stairs and more... In my opinion place is a bit romantic, when the sun goes down, the color of the light, especially from the fire place illuminates the walls in a very eye-friendly color. The best pizza I have eaten in the Sweden since I am here. The kitchen chief put more than only work in this place, but heart. I have asked about swedish meal to try something new and especially for me chief made classical swedish lunch - Köttbullar. It's not in menu at this moment. It was really delicious to eat so high quality classical meal - I will remeber this day for a long time. The place has very good quality compare price, this is something unusual. The service a bit forced me to pay via card, not with the cash... There is a problem if you are not speaking Swedish, they don't speak well English. I was missunderstood, but owner fixed my order! You can buy buns from yesterday a bit cheaper, those are packed in the plastics bags. The food was tasty!
