Hej! Vad tråkigt att höra, du får gärna mejla oss på info@mjuk.se och berätta mer om din upplevelse. Vi tar gärna emot feedback för att kunna förbättra oss.
Man måste varna för denna vårdcentral. Har du varit utsatt vänta dig ingen som helst hjälp o total kompetensbrist. Chefer här ska skämmas o skaffa annat arbete.
Förstår inte varför man anlitar dem för områden som de ej arbetar med/ej har kunskap inom.
Finns ingen med kompetens som skulle hålla med det ställningstagande som mottagningarna i Stockholm o Göteborg tagit.
Skriver om recension. Patient sedan många år o ger ff dem lågt betyg. Samma problem alltjämt. Man byter ut medicin till mediciner som man får biverkningar av trots man förklarar gång på gång så det alltid någon ny läkare som inte läser på o …

Österåkers socialtjänst/LSS beter sig illa mot innevånarna. Man följer inte kritiken, så varför efterfrågas nu våra åsikter? Jo, SVT har äntligen börjat granska kommunen.

Inga badvakter är alltid ett minus. Anställer outbildade utan erfarenhet av lära ut simning i simskolan (kurser man köper privat).
Usel kompetens, uselt engangemang. Läkare uppe i det blå.
Skrev egenremiss här, förklarade att vi ej fått hjälp på HAB Hisingen. Men blev samma här, ingen hjälp o insatser trots barn med grav autism och misstänkt IF och ADHD:

Provides no interventions at all to children with severe NPF diagnosis. Doctors do not provide certificates that the Swedish Social Insurance Agency requests. You do not get a doctor and the manager says you will not get any interventions. Never received interventions, wrote a self-referral to HAB/BUH Västa Frölunda because of this, but no interventions there either.
Wrote a self-referral here, explained that we didn't get help at HAB Hisingen. But got the same here, no help or interventions despite children with severe autism and suspected IF and ADHD:

Förstår inte hur man kan ge denna mottagning högt betyg. Kurator under all kritik o kompetens. Följer ej ngt som bestäms på SIP. Gör ingen vårdplan. Gör ingenting alls, helt enkelt. Mottagningen usel o hantera problemet det lett till. Man gör inget igen. Uselt bemötande, usel kompetens. Ingen hjälp alls.
Vi har aldrig haft en fskplats här (och skulle aldrig välja denna fsk eftersom jag vill se mer kompetens än bara räcka till barn utan diagnos) - men jag blir anmäld för min dotter med svåraste graden av autism spriger in på gården när …

No, you report first. Get your skills, it would benefit all children - not just children with disabilities.

Since I was there for about 2 hours, I saw that she wasn't doing a good job, far from it - she needed constant support and help, so he sent her to me for a couple more hours for some kind of compensation. I thought that maybe she could compensate for what had happened, and that was probably his idea. She couldn't be as bad or worse, I thought. What was I doing wrong? I said she could clean the bathroom, it's not big, but what was she doing in there for almost 2 hours? She didn't clean the floors, not the walls, not the two shower doors.
