I made a complaint about an organic tea that, according to the description, should have a "deep and powerful flavor". When I opened the package for the first time, with a best before date that was still far in the future, the product was completely tasteless and felt old. When I contacted customer service, I was met with a response that does not comply with applicable regulations. The company claims that the best before date is not a guarantee of quality (which goes against the Swedish Food Agency's definition). They also ignore the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act (2022:260) on the burden of proof, where the responsibility lies with the seller during the first two years to prove that a product was free from defects upon delivery. Despite the fact that the tea was stored unopened in a dark cupboard in an opaque bag, they are trying to deflect responsibility by speculating that the fault is due to my storage, even though it tasted the same immediately upon opening. It is regrettable that the store does not stand behind its own taste descriptions or follow the statutory rules for complaints when a product does not meet the standards.

Beställde en pizza #37 på menyn med aubergine, kronärtskocka, zucchini och färsk vitlök. Pizzan hade väldigt lite topping, och saknade aubergine och kronärtskocka. Jag beställde dessutom en pizza utan ost men betalade fullpris för en pizza med ost. Smaken var god, men pizzan var varken det som beställdes eller prisvärt.
