Hello, We were standing near the hotel with my family, who came from Brazil to visit Sweden, and we simply wanted to learn more about the hotel. However, an older woman with gray hair, who was standing with another group in front of the hotel, treated us very poorly — with clear disrespect and disregard. We were very uncomfortable with the way she spoke to us. My family left wondering if all Swedes are like that, but we explained that this was just an unfortunate and isolated situation.
