Really disappointing experience. I’ve visited this location several times, and it’s often the same situation: just one staff member working flat out while the store is busy. It’s clear that more than one person is needed to handle the workload, especially during peak times. The working conditions for the staff are clearly unfair and yet, despite being stretched thin, the colleague on duty often remains polite and professional. They deserve real credit for that. Big chains like Espresso House should be doing better to support their staff and ensure customers get a decent experience!!
Netatonce, more like netatnever! After 7 days of no internet and 10 phone calls alongside countless promises of calling me back the customer service hasn’t helped me at all. They have no respect for customers and couldn’t care less about your problem. Stay away from this company!
Bad haircut, would not recommend for a scissor cut, completely ignored my request for my hair to be trimmed and proceeded to chop away at my hair. Now left with very short uneven hair. The back and sides were so poorly done, looks like I’m wearing a hood this winter.
