One of the worst workshops I have ever experienced, I will never set foot there again. The first warning bell rang when I handed in the car for a turbo replacement, a leak at the control shaft. Then they called and wondered why I wanted the turbo replaced because there was nothing wrong with it. I then had to inform them that this model has 2 turbos and explain where they should look. I have worked as a mechanic myself for 30 years, 10 of which as a car mechanic, and customer service representative, if it hadn't been an insurance matter I would have fixed it myself. After 8 weeks nothing happened, tried to call them for 1.5 weeks about 5-10 times a day and left messages with no one hearing back. The insurance company has also tried to contact them. Patience ran out and brought the car home again. How Mekonomen can let this workshop bear their name is beyond criticism.
