Bought summer and winter tires from here for 20,000 SEK. Half of the tires were mounted in the wrong direction. Had to go back the day after the booked time because they wouldn't finish within the allotted time, it should be added that staff were at reception the whole time and that if they wanted to they could have fixed all the tires at the booked time. After they loaded the tires into the car, the studs broke the inside of the tailgate and there were ugly marks in the plastic. When we contacted Vianor about incorrectly mounted tires on the rims they didn't even apologize but said "that sounds strange, come in and we'll check". When you enter the store the staff don't even look up and say hello. No customer service at all, rude treatment. Do not recommend.

Have you included in the order to troubleshoot the vibrations in the rear axle? "yes we will balance the tires" Again absolutely not what I ordered. The vibrations are a mechanical fault in the car, I have rebalanced both the winter and summer tires but the vibrations do not disappear.
